Welcome to this space, I am glad you are here! Let me share with you the other ways I am working therapeutically with people and supporting them to connect with both their inner and outer landscape(s).
My workshops, therapeutic spaces and resources have nature in mind not only as a source of inspiration but also something that we need to look after and protect. It is this mutuality and appreciation towards the other-than-human world that grounds the work I do. I hope you can feel equally inspired when joining me in any of the self-exploration opportunities I am offering.

Wild Therapeutic Spaces
Wild Therapeutic Spaces is a series of monthly workshops that takes inspiration from Nature’s seasonal cycles and teachings.
Why Wild Therapeutic Spaces? The workshops are inspired by nature, where Wildness represents harmony and fluidity. The Therapeutic aspect of the workshops lies in the growthful and nurturing nature of the meetings, where empathy, authenticity and respect form the basis of these encounters. The outdoor spaces allow us to connect and relate to the natural environment, offering a different perspective on who we are and how we relate to ourselves, others and the other-than-human world.
Wild Therapeutic Spaces series is thought with nature in mind. All activities are offered following the leave no trace and sustainability principles.
