I work in a culturally sensitive and intersectional way, recognising that our bodies exist within social and political contexts and may be shaped by experiences of marginalisation, prejudice, or systemic violence. 

In our work together, I will be attentive to the language you use to describe yourself and your experiences, allowing your words to guide our shared understanding. Whether we meet in my therapy room, online or outdoors, we will also consider how the physical environment can best support your comfort, safety, and sense of ease.
